Owns the path from unrated project economics to investment-grade bond issuance: rating-agency engagement (S&P, Moody's, Fitch), credit-enhancement stack design (PCGs, MIGA/IFC/ADB guarantees, PRI wraps, collateral), guarantor relationships. 10+ years project/structured finance with direct rating-agency exposure.
Political Risk Insurance & Guarantee Broker / Relationship Manager
Dubai, DIFC — remote considered for exceptional NY/London candidates
Places and manages PRI, insurance wraps and guarantee cover across MIG's bond mandates; broker, underwriter and multilateral relationships. 8+ years PRI / trade credit / guarantee placement.
Senior Legal Counsel — SPV & Structured Finance
Dubai, DIFC — remote considered for exceptional NY/London candidates
Designs and negotiates the SPV, trust indenture and security structures behind MIG's bonds; PPA/offtake/concession bankability; AML and anti-corruption review; multi-jurisdiction. 10+ years PQE, structured/project finance.
Financial Controller / Accountant
Dubai, DIFC — remote considered for exceptional NY/London candidates
Owns financial reporting, UAE corporate tax compliance, cash position and audit coordination across MIG International Ltd and affiliates. Qualified accountant, 7+ years PQE, multi-entity/multi-currency.
