The ideal candidate for the Compliance Officer position must have at least 7 years of experience in due diligence and compliance roles. The candidate will evaluate investors, business partners, sources of funds, use of funds, etc. This is a crucial role for the company given the current financial and banking regulations. The role will also involve preparing banking documents. The candidate will report to the C-suite and must create a Compliance Due Diligence protocol internally for the company. Previous experience in similar roles in financial institutions is highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating investors, business partners, sources of funds, and use of funds
  • Ensuring compliance with financial and banking regulations
  • Preparing banking documents
  • Reporting to the C-suite
  • Creating a Compliance Due Diligence protocol for the company

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in due diligence and compliance roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial and banking regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in similar roles in financial institutions is highly valuable
